“Not So Fried” Chicken Sandwich: Mendo’s most popular entrée reimagines the classic fried chicken sandwich with a lighter, yet satisfyingly crunchy twist. Crafted with shaved, roasted chicken breast and topped with Mendo’s signature Krispies, herb aioli, mustard pickle slaw, tomatoes, and pickled red onions, this sandwich comes on toasted ciabatta and is served with a side of tangy mustard barbecue sauce or mustard pickle remoulade.
Avocado & Quinoa Superfood Ensalada: Packed with crisp chopped romaine, hearty curly kale, and a blend of quinoa and millet, this salad is loaded with Mendo’s house made superfood krunchies, a zesty succotash with roasted corn, black beans, and jicama, plus tangy red onions, fresh cilantro and creamy cotija cheese. Topped with grape tomatoes, avocado and finished with a chipotle vinaigrette, it’s a crave-worthy mix of flavors and textures in every bite.
Black Tie Turkey Club: Mendo’s limited-time Black Tie Turkey Club elevates the classic club sandwich with roasted turkey, applewood smoked bacon, white cheddar cheese, pickled red onions, arugula and truffle mustard aioli, all served on a lightly toasted brioche bun.
In addition to their refreshing housemade beverages, Mendocino Farms Kirkland will also have beer and wine on tap, with local beer offerings from Fremont Brewing Company, Georgetown Brewing Company and Silver City Brewery.
🍴How to “Eat Happy” Mendocino Farms Kirkland will be open for dine-in, pick-up or delivery daily from 11a.m. to 9 p.m. Guests can order ahead through the Mendocino Farms website or app, or via Uber Eats, DoorDash and Postmates.
