We’re proud to have built lasting relationships with you—our guests—over the years, and we keep your interests at the heart of our day-to-day decisions. We believe you care where your food comes from, who grew it, and how it was made. We believe you want the animals, people, and places your food comes from to be treated fairly and with respect. Because of you, we continue to seek out the best ingredients made by the best people, and to present them in a way that stays out of the way! Even the name Mendocino Farms reflects this mission—it is our tribute to Mendocino County, the Northern California region famous for its unpretentious love of thoughtfully crafted food and drink, and widely known for its support of the Slow Food movement and sustainable farming. We endeavor to represent that community’s values and ethos through our menu and our hospitality style, and every day we do our best to bring a little piece of that feeling into our restaurants to share what makes it so special.
From the Soil
We are honored to partner with many of the most trusted and well-regarded regional farms—the same farms that top fine dining chefs seek out each week at our local farmers markets. Our dynamic seasonal menu makes the most of each harvest, featuring the best these farms have to offer. We are especially proud that a large portion of our produce comes directly to our kitchens from the fields at Scarborough Farms early each morning, with no distributor or middleman required—it’s simply picked, washed, delivered, and consumed. We hope you can taste the unparalleled freshness!
From the Hearth
We are the first to agree that the word “artisan” is abused in foodie circles, especially when a fast food restaurant uses it to describe their bun. Bread making, practiced by masters of the craft, is truly one of the great culinary arts and should be respected as such. We believe that great sandwiches start with great bread, and we often spend more time developing the perfect bread for a sandwich then we do creating the sandwich itself. We are very blessed to have Chef Celestino Drago’s bakery supply each handcrafted loaf to every Mendo location on a daily basis!

From the Pasture
We serve chicken sourced exclusively from Pitman Farms and Petaluma Poultry, two of the most respected family-run Free Range farms in the country. After spending time at either of these ranches, the family’s commitment to their animals and their workers is self-evident. We also feature Creminelli prosciutto, made with only two ingredients—sea salt and heritage-breed pork humanely raised on vegetarian feed without antibiotics. Most recently, we were proud to introduce RWA (Raised Without Antibiotics) turkey to our menu, which is humanely raised on family farms without any hormones or antibiotics.
Please always notify your host of any dietary restrictions before ordering, and ask to speak with a manager if you have an extreme allergy. Look for the symbols below which identify menu options friendly for various special diets. If requested, your sandwich can be made by one designated team member from start to finish to minimize the risk of cross-contamination. Please be aware that although we always follow best practices to safely accommodate allergies and special diets, we do not have a dedicated allergen-free facility, and as such all our ingredients may come into contact with shared equipment and work surfaces.

We know how important this matter is to many of our guests and we hate to disappoint, but unfortunately we do not yet have nutritional information available for our menu. Everything has to be submitted to a lab to be analyzed, and with our seasonal menu changes, weekly specials, and rotating deli sides it’s just a bit of a process to get it done—but we do hear you, and we are listening! We hope to have nutritional information available soon, but in the meantime each restaurant location does have the full ingredient list available to review at any time. We know it’s not the same thing as having the nutritional info you’re looking for, but we hope it might help you gain a deeper insight into our menu. If you have any questions about the menu, don’t hesitate to contact us.
