Where can I find nutrition or ingredient Information?

Our full ingredient list is available at every restaurant location upon request, and you can download our nutritional information by clicking the button at the bottom of our Ingredients page. Please always notify your host of any dietary restrictions before ordering, and ask to speak with a manager if you have an extreme allergy. Please be aware that although we always follow best practices to safely accommodate allergies and special diets, we do not have a dedicated allergen-free facility, and as such all our ingredients may come into contact with shared equipment and work surfaces.

Do you have franchising opportunities?

Mendocino Farms is a company-owned business and we have no plans to franchise at this time. Thank you for your interest!

Can you help with an order placed through Postmates?

We have partnered with Postmates to offer delivery to our guests. Although we are two separate companies, the success of your delivery and the ease of ordering is absolutely the top priority for both of us. Mobile App FAQs

How do I download the Mendo app?
The Mendo app is available in the App store for iOS devices and in the Google Play Store for Android devices.
I already have an account for online ordering. Do I need to create a new account? Or should I use the same one?
With the release of the new Mendo app, we had to upgrade our system. As a result, you will need to create a new Mendo account that you can use for both online ordering and the app! However, you can use your existing username!
My Mendo app isn’t working. Who can I contact?
Please use our Contact Us form to send us a message with a screenshot of your issue. We will then work to promptly resolve your issues!
How do I reset my password?
Please click here to receive an email to reset your password.
Can I order ahead without downloading the app?
Yes, you can order ahead for a scheduled pickup date and time by signing into your online account at order.mendocinofarms.com. For catering orders, please visit catering.mendocinofarms.com.
Why do you need my birthday month?
We’d love to be able to surprise and delight our guests with a birthday treat in the future!
Can I cancel my mobile order once it has been placed?
When you submit an order, it’s sent directly to our production crew. If you need to cancel or modify your order,  and you’ve ordered directly through our app or online account, please call the location directly to speak with one of our team members.
I want to make a change to my mobile order, how do I do this?

Can I change the pick-up time for an order once it has been placed?
When you submit an order, it’s already sent directly to our production crew. If you need to change your pick-up time, and you’ve ordered directly through our app or online, please call the location directly to speak with one of our team members.
How can I update my account and communication preferences?
You can modify your communication preferences by logging in to our online account portal HERE.
Where can I see all of my past transactions?
Within the app, you can check out recent transactions by clicking on the “Recent Orders” button on the homepage. If you want your full transaction history, please visit your online account portal HERE, and then select “Transaction History” from the navigation bar.
How can I update my payment method?
When checking out via the mobile app or online ordering, you will have the opportunity to add a new payment method at checkout. Once a new payment method has been added you have the option to save it for future orders. If you want to load your mobile app with additional funds, you can click the “Reload Balance” link in the navigation sidebar.
Can I combine multiple accounts into one?
Yes! You just have to log in to your online account portal and select “Account Balance”, in the “Summary of Accounts” section, you will be able to add a secondary account number to your login.

My Balance seems wrong. What do I do?
Please write into [email protected] and we’ll be happy to review your account status.
Why can’t I request for my salad to be tossed when ordering through the app?
To ensure the highest freshness and quality of your salad. If you’d like for your salad to be tossed, please feel free to call-in your order, or come in the store and order your salad To-Go.
Why can’t I modify my sandwich or salad?
To ensure order accuracy, we currently don’t have a section to list special instructions for an order. That being said, you can always do a Build-Your-Own salad or sandwich, which is available at the bottom of each sandwich and salad category. 
I’m a loyal Mendo guest, Is there a loyalty program?
We do not have a loyalty program at the present moment but definitely have some ideas that are in the works.  Be on the lookout for some surprise and delights and as soon as we roll out our loyalty program you will know!  Also, thanks for being such a loyal Mendo fan!

Curbside FAQs

Do I have to download a separate app to participate in Curbside pick-up?
Nope! If you place the Curbside order via the Mendo app and have locations services enabled, the store will be notified of your arrival without downloading a separate app!

Gift Card FAQs

Can I purchase gift cards online? What about eGift cards?
Yes! Visit the Mendocino Farms Shop to purchase eGift cards (to be delivered to the recipient via email) or physical gift cards (available for delivery via USPS). Both types of gift cards are available in any amount between $15 and $100.
How do I redeem an eGift card (ex. in-store, online, catering)?
Please present your eGift card bar code at the register when ordering in the restaurant, or enter the numeric code when ordering online or through your mobile app.
Once I buy an eGift card, how soon is it available for use?
When you purchase an eGift card, you have the option of choosing your preferred delivery date. If you choose “now,” your eGift card will be available to use right away. If you select a future date, it will be available to use on that selected date.
Can I reload my gift card?
You may add money to an existing Mendocino Farms gift card at any time by visiting a store location.
Can I check the balance of my gift card online?
For balance inquiries and account history information on your Mendocino Farms gift card, please visit mendo.myguestaccount.com/guest and click on “Check Your Balance.”
Can I send multiple physical gift cards to different addresses in the same order?
Unfortunately you won’t be able to purchase multiple physical gift cards and send them to different addresses. Please start a new order for each mailing address you wish to send your gift card(s) to.
Can I send multiple digital eGift cards to different email addresses in the same order?
Unfortunately you won’t be able to purchase multiple eGift gift cards and send them to different email addresses. Please start a new order for each email address you wish to send your eGift card(s) to.
Can I purchase a physical gift card and an eGift card in the same order?
Unfortunately physical gift cards and eGift cards will need to be purchased separately.
Will I be charged a shipping fee when purchasing a physical gift card online?
Yes, you will be charged a shipping fee when purchasing a gift card through our online store. Shipping fees will vary based on number of gift cards purchased, delivery zip code, and delivery time. Gift card orders are shipped via USPS.
Can gift cards be mailed to a P.O. Box?
Yes, gift cards can be mailed to P.O. Box addresses.
How will I know that my eGift card has been sent?
You will receive an email confirmation once the eGift card has been sent.
Can I combine or consolidate multiple physical or eGift cards?
Unfortunately you will not be able to combine or consolidate multiple physical or eGift cards at this time
Are there any exceptions for redeeming gift cards?
Mendocino Farms gift cards can only be applied solely towards the cost of food and beverages for in-store orders, online orders, or mobile orders.
Can I include a gift message with my physical or eGift card purchase online?
Yes, you may include a gift message with your physical and eGift card purchases.
Does my gift card expire?
Mendocino gift cards do not have an expiration date.
What happens if my gift card is lost, stolen, or damaged?
Please reach out to [email protected] to report your lost, stolen, or damaged gift card.
Can I redeem my gift card for cash?
Our policy is to provide refunds where required by law.
