We are thrilled to introduce our new seasonal Spring Menu today! The ingredients are light and clean, and the flavors are fresh and bright—just what you’re craving as the weather starts to warm up.

Fans of “La Reina” Impossible Burger (and of our bestselling IMPOSSIBLE Taco Salad) will be excited to see The IMPOSSIBLE Burger Queen featured front and center! We listened to your feedback and dialed down the spice a bit. We also added a classic pickle to the build, but besides that the burger is the same one you loved when we ran it as a Chef’s Pick, featuring the delicious new IMPOSSIBLE 2.0 recipe (which is now gluten free)! It has just as much iron as beef and packs 19g of high-quality protein, but it has ZERO cholesterol and 35% less fat than beef. You can feel good about eating it, since just one serving of Impossible meat saves the equivalent of 75 square feet of land, half a bathtub of water, and 18 miles of car emissions compared to one serving of beef.

You’ll also find the Green Goddess Turkey Avocado Toast on the menu, which you may have seen as a special the past few weeks. This flavorful and wholesome open-faced sandwich starts with a hearty slice of organic seeded whole grain bread which is then piled high with plenty of avocado, Mary’s free-range turkey, pickled red onions, onion sprouts, and a zesty lemon yogurt green goddess dressing. We top it with a butter lettuce “lid” to keep it light—and to keep your hands clean! If you’re vegetarian, just ask for double the avocado instead of the turkey!

And finally, we can’t wait for you to try our new Salade Niçoise, a veggie-forward powerhouse bursting with color from the purple Peruvian potatoes, French green beans, kalamata olives, marinated red peppers, capers, hard boiled egg, red onions, and chopped romaine paired with a bright mustard shallot vinaigrette. It’s vegetarian as-is, but you can also choose to add Fishin’ Families sustainable pole & line caught premium yellowfin tuna or shaved, roasted Mary’s free range breast for extra protein.

Come in and find a new favorite, and make sure to let us know what you think!
