Farmer Chan Yang of Yang Farms is our Featured Farmer of the Season. Located just outside of Fresno, California, Yang Farms is known for their great Asian vegetables and also has a great Citrus Orchard. From their Lemongrass, Bok Choy, Yu Choy, Nappa Cabbage, Ginger and Dalkon to their Collard Greens and Sunchokes, Yang Farm’s is a great example of a small, sustainable farm creating incredible produce without using pesticides or sprays.

For the Spring Menu, Chef Judy is using Yang Farms produce and citrus. Mr. Yang is such a nice man that we would buy from him even if he did not have the best produce at the Hollywood Farmer’s Market, but we are lucky that he does!
